Day one was ridden in honor of my two good friends and riding partners from days of yore.....Ron Ratzlaff and Bob Hunter, Peggy Miller finished the day that I only started 24 years ago! Ron I carried along the patch you gave me from the 1987 ride and Bob, I used your old water bottle holder from earlier Baks.....Cannot believe that I finally did it!
Tomorrow, day 2, will be ridden in honor of my very special friend, Brian in gratitude for his support and friendship.
